Shipping Update 6 November 2020
Good news for US friends! We just got update from Pos Indonesia that standard Registered Airmail is now back operating as normal again to US. So if you place an order & ship to US address via PayPal or Bandcamp online cart, we will partly refund your shipping cost soon after you placed an order, and will automatically use the usual Registered Airmail service (unless you inform us that you prefer EMS). Otherwise if you want to order with the correct shipping cost without the partial refund process, you can order by email.
For now Registered Airmail is only available to: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China and United States. For most of the rest of the world, only Express Mail Service is available.

We’re still having limited options for international shipping.
Registered Airmail is only available for: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan and China. For most of the rest of the world, only Express Mail Service is available.
You might notice that shipping cost on the PayPal cart during check out is higher right now. It is because at the moment you must use EMS service, which is more expensive. EMS calculate their prices per weight basis and regions, therefore usually, the cost for each country is different. Please note that due to the format of the PayPal cart system, it’s impossible to provide the actual shipping for each country. However, no need to worry, we will refund if there any shipping cost difference to your PayPal account. And if the actual shipping cost is higher than the price shown by PayPal cart we will contact you about the difference (usually most Scandinavian and several European countries).* For the eight countries that mentioned above, we will partly refund your shipping cost soon after you placed an order, and will automatically use the usual Registered Airmail service (unless you inform us that you prefer EMS).

Update 1 August 2020
Pos Indonesia are re-opening the standard Registered Airmail in a limited service to some Asian countries: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan and China.
For most of the rest of the world, the only available option for now is Express Mail Service. For a few of selected countries, Pos Indonesia closed all their services temporarily.

The government extended the partial lockdown until the end of May.
The cheaper Registered Airmail service is still unavailable, we’ve updated our PayPal shipping calculator temporarily so it might seems more expensive than normal because we can only use Express Mail Service for now. Good news is that shipment is getting more frequent. The Indonesian postal service now offering pick up service, so we could ship on everyday basis again.
Update April 3rd 2020
The current COVID-19 situation with quarantine period and partial lockdown has affected public services in most countries including Indonesia. Our online webshop remain fully operational but shipment will only be made once a week every Friday.
As of April 1st until further notice, Pos Indonesia no longer provide the Standard Registered Airmail service to most countries and only offers Express Mail Service (EMS) for international shipment. EMS is more expensive but offers faster shipment with more details online tracking, and it’s still operating in most countries during this period.
Therefore, if you placed any physical editions order via our website or Bandcamp page, we will contact you regarding additional cost for the shipping difference if the Standard Registered Airmail service temporarily unavailable for your country. If you want to make sure about it, you can always send us an email first before placing your orders. EMS documents will also need the recipient phone number details, so you need to make sure to include it while ordering.
This would be temporary, and we will follow up with every update from the government and Pos Indonesia regarding the latest situation.
